Founded in 2012, the ISE takes the responsibility for organization and management of join-education projects with foreign countries; importing advanced education programs; supporting abroad studying students and exchanged international students; supplying high- quality human resources and implementing collaborative scientific research.

2010: Vietnam Maritime University opened the first advanced programme of Global Studies & Maritime Affairs. The programme was imported from California Maritime Academy, USA.

2012: International School of Education was founded as an autonomous interanational school of Vietnam Maritime University.

2014: We opened the second advanced programme of International Business & Logistics, imported from California Maritime Academy, USA.

2017: We opened the third advanced programme of Business Management & Marketing, imported from University of Gloucestershire, UK.
