Scholarships from Vietnam Maritime University

First  and  foremost,    on  behalf   of  the  International    School   of  Education    (ISE),    Vietnam   Maritime University  (VMU),   I would like to send you our sincere greeting.

As a pioneering  unit  of VMU  in creating  an  international   study  environment,    ISE  is   assigned    by  the university  to conduct  higher  education  programs  in English.   We are currently  running   03 undergraduate programs   namely   Global   Studies  and  Maritime  Affairs  (GMA)  and International    Business  and Logistics (IBL), Business and Marketing Management (BMM).  Every  year,   we  offer  scholarships   and  recruit  international   students   and  we  are  proud  to  have students   from the USA,  Mozambique,   Denmark,  North  Korea,  Nigeria,   etc. attending  our programs.

In the upcoming   academic  year  of 2018-2019,    we are glad to offer scholarships for International students    as following:

•     02 (two) scholarships   of 100% tuition  fee,  along with full-time  dormitory  cover

•     02 (two) scholarships   of 50% tuition  fee,

•     Various scholarships  of 30% tuition  fee

Note:  These  scholarships   are granted  for  the  entire  4 years  on condition  that  students'    study  result   is

"Fair" (Equivalent   to 2.5  GPA on a scale   of 4 or above).

In  order to apply for the program  and/or  scholarship,  the candidate  must  have high-school  certificate    and meet our minimum  entrance  requirement  of English  fluency  as following:

•    IELTS 4.0 (or equivalent)   for International   Business   and Logistics    major

•    IELTS 4.5 (or equivalent)   for Global  Studies   and Maritime  Affairs  major

•    IELTS 4.0 (or equivalent)   for Business and Marketing Management   major

For those who have  not reached  sufficient   English  proficiency,   ISE will organize  English    class   to  provide the students   with proper English  preparations,   with the cost being paid by students  themselves    at $500 for 10  weeks.
